Services
Capabilities you can hire us for.
IT Services
Networks, servers, workstations and day-to-day technical support — the infrastructure layer that everything else depends on.
We look after the whole stack beneath your software: network design and cabling, firewalls and VPNs, server provisioning, backups, workstation setup and the daily support calls that keep people working.
Most of our clients do not want an IT department. They want a number to call when the till will not print, the server is slow or a new branch needs bringing online — and they want the person answering to already know their setup. Because we also build and host the software these businesses run on, that is usually the case.
Support is offered as a monthly retainer with an agreed response time, or ad hoc for one-off projects such as an office move or a hardware refresh.
What it covers
Network design, firewalls, VPNs and multi-branch connectivity
Server provisioning, patching, monitoring and backup verification
Workstation, POS terminal and printer setup and maintenance
Monthly retainers with agreed response times, or ad hoc project work
On-site across Kosovo, remote everywhere else
Software Solutions
Our own products — point of sale, clinic management, HR, pharmacy, CRM and business intelligence — licensed, deployed and supported by the team that wrote them.
Rather than starting every client from an empty repository, we start from products that are already running in production. AKSAPOS handles retail and hospitality, Clinicos handles clinics and dental practices, AksaHR handles attendance and payroll, and there are further systems for pharmacy, data migration and business intelligence.
Each one is configured around how your business actually works — a pharmacy tracking active substances has different needs from a boutique tracking sizes and colours — and where a genuine gap remains, we extend the product rather than bolting on a workaround.
This is usually the fastest and cheapest route to working software: you get something proven on day one, and the roadmap of a product with other customers pushing it forward.
What it covers
Proven products already live with paying customers
Configured to your workflow, not a generic template
Extensions built into the product, so they survive upgrades
One team writes, deploys and supports it
Licensing from €25/month depending on the product
Outsourcing
Dedicated teams for back-office, administration and specialist processes — run from Kosovo at a fraction of Western European cost.
We staff and manage teams that work as an extension of yours: data entry and processing, invoice and document handling, order administration, reconciliation, moderation and other repeatable back-office work.
Kosovo gives you a young, multilingual workforce inside the European time zone, at a cost base well below Western Europe or North America. Our people work your hours, in your systems, to your process documentation — and we handle recruitment, management, equipment and cover for absence.
Engagements start from a single seat and scale up. You keep control of the process; we carry the overhead of running the team.
What it covers
Back-office, data processing and document administration
Teams working your hours, in your systems
Recruitment, management, equipment and absence cover included
European time zone, multilingual staff
From one seat upward, scaling as the workload does
DBA Experts
SQL Server specialists for performance tuning, high availability, backup strategy, migration and the emergencies in between.
Every product we ship runs on Microsoft SQL Server, so database administration is not a sideline for us — it is the discipline our own systems depend on. We bring that to your databases too.
Typical work: finding out why a report that used to take two seconds now takes ninety, designing an index strategy that does not slow down writes, setting up backups that have actually been tested by restoring them, configuring Always On availability groups, planning a version upgrade without a weekend of downtime, and migrating data between systems without losing history.
We also take on health checks as a fixed-scope piece of work — a full review of configuration, indexing, backup posture and security, delivered as a report with prioritised, costed recommendations.
What it covers
Query and index tuning, execution plan analysis, deadlock resolution
Backup and restore strategy — tested by actually restoring
High availability, replication and disaster recovery planning
Version upgrades and platform migrations with minimal downtime
Fixed-scope database health checks with a prioritised report
Application Support
Ongoing support for business applications — ours or someone else’s — covering incidents, releases, integrations and the questions in between.
Software does not stop needing attention the day it goes live. Application support covers everything after that: investigating incidents, fixing defects, applying updates, adding integrations, adjusting reports and answering the questions that come from people actually using the system.
We support the applications we built, and we take over applications built by someone else — including ones whose original developer is long gone. That handover starts with a documented review of how the thing actually works, so the knowledge lives somewhere other than one person’s head.
Support runs to an agreed service level with a defined response time per severity, and every incident is logged so patterns become visible instead of recurring quietly.
What it covers
Incident response with severity-based response times
Defect fixes, updates and controlled release management
Takeover and documentation of inherited or orphaned applications
New integrations, report changes and small enhancements
End-user support for the people actually using the system
Software Development & Testing
Custom applications built end to end — web, desktop and mobile — with testing, deployment and handover included rather than quoted separately.
When no product fits, we build. Our stack is React and TypeScript on the front, Node or .NET on the back, and Microsoft SQL Server underneath — the same stack our own products run on, which means nothing we hand over is unfamiliar territory for the team supporting it.
Projects run in short increments with something working at the end of each, so you are never asked to approve a specification and then wait six months to see whether it was the right one. Testing is part of building, not a phase bolted on at the end.
We deliver the source, the deployment scripts and the documentation. If you want to take it in-house afterwards, you can.
What it covers
React, TypeScript, Node, .NET and SQL Server
Working software every increment, not a six-month reveal
Automated and manual testing built into the process
Deployment, documentation and source handed over
Fixed-scope phases where the requirements allow it
AI Tools & Solutions Integration
Practical AI inside the systems you already run — natural-language reporting, document analysis and automation of the work nobody wants to do by hand.
We are not interested in AI as a demonstration. We are interested in the cases where it removes real work: asking a database a question in plain language instead of writing SQL, scanning a contract for compliance gaps, classifying incoming documents, or drafting the first version of something a person then checks.
We have shipped this ourselves. AKSA AI connects a Microsoft SQL Server database to Gemini so managers can query their own sales data by typing a question. LegalAiAuditor scans a website for GDPR, CCPA and EU AI Act gaps and cites the exact article behind each finding. AKSAPOS and Clinicos both carry AI analytics built on the same foundations.
For clients, the work usually starts with identifying which processes are actually worth automating — several are not — and then integrating a model into the existing system rather than adding another tool to log into.
What it covers
Natural-language querying over your own database
Document analysis, classification and compliance checking
Integrated into existing systems, not another separate tool
An honest assessment of what is not worth automating
Built on work already running in our own products
Customer Support & Multilingual Teams
Trained support teams covering your customers by phone, email and chat — in Albanian, English, German and more.
We build and run customer-facing support teams: first-line contact, triage, escalation and the follow-up that decides whether a customer stays. Agents are trained on your product and your tone, and work inside your helpdesk rather than a black box we control.
Language coverage is the reason most clients come to us. Kosovo has a genuinely multilingual workforce, and we routinely staff Albanian, English and German, with other languages available depending on the role.
You get reporting on volumes, response times and resolution rates — the numbers you need to tell whether the service is working.
What it covers
Phone, email and live chat coverage
Albanian, English and German as standard
Agents trained on your product, working in your helpdesk
Volume, response-time and resolution reporting
Scales up for seasonal peaks and back down afterwards
Creative & Strategy Services
Brand, visual content and social media strategy — the presentation layer around the software, handled by designers rather than developers.
Good software with a bad presence still loses. Our design side covers brand and identity work, marketing sites, product visuals, presentation material and the social media strategy and content calendar behind them.
This works best alongside the rest of what we do: the team designing your marketing site is in the same building as the team building the product it advertises, so the two actually agree with each other.
Engagements run either as a project with a defined deliverable, or as an ongoing monthly retainer covering a set volume of content.
What it covers
Brand and visual identity
Marketing sites and landing pages
Product visuals, presentations and print material
Social media strategy and a content calendar
Project-based or monthly retainer
